heaven, the hunter & the hunted

heaven: the legends of Mt Shasta its tied in folk lores the spirit chief Skell that came down from the heavens, its also tied to lemurians

the hunter: Orion was a giant huntsman whom Zeus placed amongst the stars, seen from the northern hemisphere & the first constellation I intensify on clear nights

the hunted: the Roosevelt elk were almost hunted to extinction in Northern California. everytime I head up to the smith river to a swim or a hike in prairie creek if I get to see the elk herd life feels a little more magical. really the inspiration for this design was from my love of their little white booties!!
