the first time I went into the forest in Northern California I came across two slugs slugging up like this… the New Yorker in me could not help but laugh while the though “damn California is so zen that even its bugs hang out in the yin yang position!! ha.” many years later I could not stop obsessing about seeing the slugs like this & thinking about the Slug Life.
